Moving beyond transactional CSR efforts, scholars advocate for intercultural dialogue, participatory planning, and long-term accountability as core elements of a more relational Social License to Operate (SLO). This shift is particularly urgent in conflict-prone regions like Apurímac and Cajamarca, where trust and legitimacy can only be built through sustained, culturally grounded collaboration.
